Three wins at Flame Awards Asia 2026

AI-powered engagement, vernacular influence and mass-reach ATL - three categories, one system, recognised on one night in New Delhi.

Hoopla took three awards, including Gold honours, at Flame Awards Asia 2026 - announced on 7 August at Vivanta by Taj, Dwarka, New Delhi. The awards, organised by the Rural Marketing Association of India and judged by a jury of senior industry leaders with results tabulated by EY, recognise excellence in rural marketing, experiential communication and last-mile brand engagement across South Asia.

The three categories

AI-powered emerging-market engagement. The category closest to how we now build: AI at the production layer - personalization, languages and volume - pointed at markets where reach has always been the hard problem. It is the same system thinking behind our 100,000+ personalized films for a single launch.

Best use of regional and vernacular influencers. Emerging markets are not persuaded in English. Voices that belong to a place, speaking as the place speaks - transcreation applied to people, not just copy.

Best use of ATL for emerging markets. The unfashionable channel that still builds mass brands. When ATL is planned as part of one system with digital and activation - not as a silo - it remains the fastest way to be everywhere at once.

Why the spread matters

Any one of these is a category win. Together they describe a thesis: brands grow in emerging markets when AI-scale production, native voices and mass reach operate as one connected system, not three separate briefs. That is the way we have built Hoopla for fifteen years - and it is the same integrated capability that was recognised this month when Hoopla became an OpenAI Select Partner.

Awards celebrate the work. What they really celebrate is the thinking - and the people who turn ambition into work worth talking about.

To the teams and partners on all three: taken, noted, celebrated. Three down, plenty more to chase. If you are building for emerging markets and want the system behind the categories, start a conversation.
